Other Meetings. In addition to the leave provided above for attendance at the Ohio Federation of Teachers Convention, ten (10) additional days leave shall be granted for attendance at Union regional, State or national professional meetings or other union business. The Union shall provide for all expenses including the cost of substitutes.
