Common use of Other Loss or Damage Clause in Contracts

Other Loss or Damage. If the Aircraft or any part thereof suffers loss or damage not constituting a Total Loss of the Aircraft or the Airframe, all the obligations of Lessee under this Agreement shall continue in full force, and Lessee shall, at Lessee’s expense, promptly procure the repair or replacement of all damaged or lost Parts in accordance with this Agreement.
