Common use of Other Loan Obligations Clause in Contracts

Other Loan Obligations. Will perform all obligations under ---------------------- the terms of each loan agreement, note, mortgage, security agreement or debt instrument by which the Borrower is bound or to which any of its property is subject, and will promptly notify the Bank in writing of the cancellation or reduction of any of its other mortgage warehousing lines of credit or agreements with any other lender.
