Other Liabilities. The obligations of the Company under this Section 4.5 shall be in addition to any liability which the Company may otherwise have to any Indemnified Person and the obligations of any Indemnified Person under this Section 4.5 shall be in addition to any liability which such Indemnified Person may otherwise have to the Company.
