Other Legal Terms. Aaris Therapy agrees to comply with the requirements of 45 CFR 164.504 (e) (1) for safeguarding and concerning beneficiaries. Upon formal written request, Aaris Therapy will provide financial information, documents and records as it pertains to services provided for Xxxxxxxx Local Schools to representatives from the U.S. Dept. of Human Services, ODM, and ODE. Rules Governing Your Account This Agreement is governed by federal law and, when not superseded by federal law, by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
