Other Leaves. Leaves of absence, other than those expressly provided for in this Agreement, may be approved by the Employer, subject to the discretion of the Employer. Such leaves of absence may be paid or unpaid. In the granting of such leaves of absence, the Employer shall ensure that no favouritism or discrimination affects any particular applicant.
