Common use of Other Leave Without Pay Clause in Contracts

Other Leave Without Pay. a. An employee may, upon request, and at the sole discretion of the Superintendent, be granted leave without pay for a period not to exceed six (6) calendar months, provided the Superintendent deems such leave to be justified and not detrimental to the operations or the Board. In exceptional cases, such leave may be extended by the Superintendent.
