Other Jurisdiction there occurs in relation to Lessee or any Material Lessee Affiliate any event in any jurisdiction which corresponds with any of the events mentioned in paragraphs (g), (h) or (i) above; or
Other Jurisdiction. Nothing contained in this clause, and to the extent permitted by law, shall limit any right to take Proceedings against the Issuer in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall the taking of Proceedings in one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of Proceedings in any other jurisdiction, whether concurrently or not.
Other Jurisdiction there occurs in relation to Lessee or any of its Affiliates any event anywhere which, in the reasonable opinion of Lessor, corresponds with any of those mentioned in Section 13.1(h); or
Other Jurisdiction there occurs in relation to the Lessee any event anywhere which, in the reasonable opinion of the Lessor, corresponds with any of those mentioned in Clause 13.1(h); or
Other Jurisdiction there occurs in relation to the Lessee or any of its Affiliates any event anywhere which, in the reasonable opinion of the Lessor, corresponds with any of those mentioned in Clause 13.1 (h); or
Other Jurisdiction. Nothing herein shall limit the right of Agent or any Lender to bring proceedings against any Obligor in any other court, nor limit the right of any party to serve process in any other manner permitted by Applicable Law. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to preclude enforcement by Agent of any judgment or order obtained in any forum or jurisdiction.
Other Jurisdiction. THE PLEDGOR WAIVES ANY OBJECTION TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE OF ANY ACTION INSTITUTED HEREUNDER AND SHALL NOT ASSERT ANY DEFENSE BASED ON LACK OF JURISDICTION OR VENUE OR BASED UPON FORUM NON CONVENIENS. ANY JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS BY THE PLEDGOR AGAINST THE PLEDGEE INVOLVING, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ANY MATTER OR CLAIM IN ANY WAY ARISING OUT OF, RELATED TO OR CONNECTED WITH THIS PLEDGE AGREEMENT OR ANY RELATED AGREEMENT, SHALL BE BROUGHT ONLY IN A FEDERAL OR STATE COURT LOCATED IN XXX XXXX XX XXX XXXX, XXXXX XX XXX XXXX.
Other Jurisdiction there occurs in relation to Lessee or any Lessee Affiliate any event anywhere which, in the reasonable opinion of Lessor, corresponds with any of those mentioned in paragraphs (g) or (h) above; or (j)
Other Jurisdiction. There occurs in relation to Lessee or COPA Holdings any event anywhere which, in the reasonable opinion of Lessor, corresponds with any of those mentioned in Clauses 13.1(8) or (9); or
Other Jurisdiction there occurs in relation to Lessee any event anywhere, in the reasonable opinion of Lessor, which has substantially the same effect as any of those mentioned in Section 14.1(f), (g) or (h); or
