Other Insurance Provisions. The insurance policies are to contain, or be endorsed to contain the following provisions: _X Additional Insured Status and Primary/Non-Contributory Language: Contractor’s general liability and automobile liability policies shall be primary and shall not seek contribution from the City’s coverage and be endorsed to add the City and its officers, officials, employees, and agents as additional insureds under such policies using Insurance Services Office form CG 20 10 (or equivalent) on the general liability policy. For construction projects, an endorsement providing completed operations coverage for the additional insured on the general liability policy, ISO form CG 20 37 (or equivalent), is also required. The limits of insurance required in this Agreement may be satisfied by a combination of primary and umbrella or excess insurance. Any umbrella or excess insurance shall contain or be endorsed to contain a provision that such coverage shall also apply on a primary and non-contributory basis for the benefit of City (if agreed to in a written contract or agreement) before the City’s own insurance or self-insurance shall be called upon to protect it as a named insured.
