Other Insurance Coverage. A. The Superior Court shall, on a biweekly basis, forward an amount equal to the rate paid by the County as set forth in the County General Unit Memorandum of Understanding for all regular hours paid for all employees in this Representation Unit for deposit in said trust fund; the Superior Court shall forward at least monthly an amount equal to the rate paid by the County as set forth in the County General Unit Memorandum of Understanding for each regularly scheduled hour in each full pay period of unpaid leave which meets the requirements of Family Leave pursuant to Article IV, Section 14 and applicable law.
