OTHER INFRASTRUCTURE. TENANT shall not install any equipment of any type or nature that will or may necessitate any changes, replacement or additions to, or in the use of the water system, heating system, plumbing system, air- conditioning system or electrical system of the Premises or in the Building, without first obtaining the prior written consent of LANDLORD, which consent may be withheld in LANDLORD’s sole and absolute discretion. Any machines and mechanical equipment belonging to TENANT which cause noise or vibrations that may be transmitted to the structure of the Building or to any space therein to such a degree as to be objectionable to LANDLORD or to any tenant in the Building shall be installed and maintained by TENANT, at TENANT’s expense, on vibration eliminators or other devices sufficient to reduce such noise and vibration to a level satisfactory to LANDLORD.
