Common use of Other Independent Contractors Clause in Contracts

The Guest recognizes that the persons providing other personal services offered on the vessel, including but not limited to, hairdressers, manicurists, personal trainers, and/or massage therapists are independent contractors who work directly for the Guest, and that the Carrier shall not be held liable for any loss or injury arising from the performance of such services.
