Common use of Other Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Indemnification similar to that provided in this Article 3 (with appropriate modifications) shall be given by the Company and each Shareholder participating therein with respect to any required registration or other qualification of securities under any foreign, federal or state law or regulation or governmental authority other than the Securities Act.

For the avoidance of doubt, the indemnification and contribution provisions of Article 3 will apply to the First Public Offering to the extent any Registrable Securities are sold by the Shareholders in such offering.
