Common use of Other Governmental Action Clause in Contracts

Other Governmental Action. In case of any governmental action, not resulting in the Taking or condemnation of any portion of the Property but creating a right to compensation therefor, such as the curving of the grade of any street upon which the Land abuts, then this Lease shall continue in full force and effect without reduction or abatement of Rent and the award shall be paid to Tenant.

Other Governmental Action. In case the event of any governmental action, action by any Government not resulting in the Taking or condemnation of any portion of the Property a Condemnation but creating a right to compensation thereforcompensation, such as the curving changing of the grade of any street upon which the Land Site abuts, then this Lease shall continue in full force and effect without reduction or abatement of Rent and the award or payment made in connection with such action shall be paid to Tenantthe sole property of Landlord.
