Other General Merchandise Clerks. Experienced General Merchandise Clerks (except Service Delicatessen/Tortilleria/Bakery Clerks and Service Booth employees) will be reclassified and shall work as Warehouse Clerks, and will progress to the top Warehouse Clerk wage rate as follows: the first (1st) 690 hours will be paid at the wage rate of $10.96 per straight-time hour, the second (2nd) 690 hours will be paid at the fifth (5th) step apprentice Warehouse Clerk wage rate, the third (3rd) 690 hours will be paid at the sixth (6th) step apprentice Warehouse Clerk wage rate, and thereafter the straight-time wage rate will be the experienced Warehouse Clerk wage rate. Aside from wage rates and job descriptions, all other terms and conditions of employment for such employees shall be governed by the 2011-2014 Retail Food and Meat Agreement. Upon a transfer to a store covered by the 2011-2014 Retail Food and Meat Agreement, such a former General Merchandise Clerk shall be classified as a Food Clerk, shall be paid at the fourth (4th) step apprentice wage rate, and shall be given classification seniority as Food Clerks retroactive to January 3, 1994 and classification seniority as General Merchandise Clerks from the date of their hire as, or promotion to, the General Merchandise classification.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Catering Cafeteria style of serving meals will be acceptable, providing dishes are carried back by the Culinary Staff. The food shall be of good quality and have the approval of the Camp Committee of the Building and Construction Trades Council of Ontario. There shall be sufficient housekeeping staff supplied by the Culinary Workers to keep the bunkhouses clean, and beds shall be made up each day by such staff. Kitchen facilities, equipment and food supplies shall be subject to inspection by the duly authorized Camp Committee at any and all times and further all grievances shall be dealt with by said Committee.

  • Laundry Service If the Government provides a laundry service at the incident base camp, the Contractor may utilize the service at no cost.

  • Surgery Services and Mastectomy Related Treatment This plan provides benefits for mastectomy surgery and mastectomy-related services in accordance with the Women’s Health and Cancer Rights Act of 1998 and Rhode Island General Law 27-20-29 et seq. For the member receiving mastectomy-related benefits, coverage will be provided in a manner determined in consultation with the attending physician, physician assistant, or an advance practice registered nurse and the patient, for: • all stages of reconstruction of the breast on which the mastectomy was performed; • surgery and reconstruction of the other breast to produce a symmetrical appearance; • prostheses; and • treatment of physical complications at all stages of the mastectomy, including lymphedema.   • Anesthesia Services This plan covers general and local anesthesia services received from an anesthesiologist when the surgical procedure is a covered healthcare service. This plan covers office visits or office consultations with an anesthesiologist when provided prior to a scheduled covered surgical procedure.

  • Terminals Hartford Terminal. Hartford Terminal is located at or near Hartford, Illinois. The facility consists of a two-bay truck rack with 17,000 barrels of active terminaling capacity, 13 above-ground storage tanks with approximately 1.1 million barrels of total storage capacity. The Hartford barge dock consists of a single-berth barge loading facility, approximately 0.8 miles of 8-inch pipeline and approximately 0.8 miles of 14-inch pipeline from the Hartford terminal to the Hartford barge dock for delivery.

  • Eligible Goods and Related Services 4.1 All the Goods and Related Services to be supplied under the Contract shall have their origin in any country that is eligible in accordance with ITT 3.9.
