Other Filings. The Company, at Company expense, shall also prepare and timely file, with appropriate federal and state regulatory and administrative bodies, all reports required to be filed by the Company with those entities under then current applicable laws, rules, and regulations. The reports shall be prepared on the accounting or reporting basis required by the regulatory bodies. Upon written request, the Manager shall provide each Member and each Principal with a copy of any of such reports, without expense to the requesting Member or Principal.
