Common use of Other Fees and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Other Fees and Expenses. On the Closing Date, the Loan Parties shall have paid the fees and expenses of Agent and Purchasers, payable by the Loan Parties pursuant to Section 14.4 hereof (and the Loan Parties hereby authorize Agent to deduct from the aggregate proceeds of the sale of the Securities by the Loan Parties, all such amounts).

Other Fees and Expenses. On the Closing Date, the Loan Parties shall have paid the fees and expenses of Agent and Purchasers, payable by the Loan Parties pursuant to Section 14.4 11.4 hereof (and the Loan Parties hereby authorize Agent to deduct all such amounts from the aggregate proceeds of the sale of the Securities Subordinated Notes by the Loan Parties, all such amounts).

Other Fees and Expenses. On the Closing Date, the Loan Parties shall have paid the fees and expenses of Agent and the Purchasers, payable by the Loan Parties pursuant to Section 14.4 10.4 hereof (and the Loan Parties hereby authorize Agent to deduct all such amounts from the aggregate proceeds of the sale of the Securities Senior Term Notes by the Loan Parties, all such amounts).

Other Fees and Expenses. On the Closing Date, the Loan Parties shall have paid the fees and expenses of Agent and PurchasersPurchaser, payable by the Loan Parties pursuant to Section 14.4 13.4 hereof less any expense deposits already received by the Purchaser, (and the Loan Parties hereby authorize Agent Purchaser to deduct from the aggregate proceeds of the sale of the Securities Notes by the Loan Parties, all such amounts).

On the Closing Date, the Loan Parties shall have paid the fees and expenses of Agent and PurchasersPurchaser, payable by the Loan Parties pursuant to Section 14.4 12.4 hereof (and the Loan Parties hereby authorize Agent Purchaser to deduct from the aggregate proceeds of the sale of the Securities Notes by the Loan Parties, all such amounts).

On the Closing Date, the Loan Parties shall have paid the fees and expenses of Agent and the Purchasers, payable by the Loan Parties pursuant to Section 14.4 10.4 hereof (and the Loan Parties hereby authorize Agent each Purchaser to deduct all such applicable amounts from the aggregate proceeds of the sale of the Securities Senior Term Notes by the Loan Parties, all such amounts).

Other Fees and Expenses. On the Closing Date and the Additional Closing Date, the Loan Parties shall have paid the fees and expenses of Agent and Purchasers, payable by the Loan Parties pursuant to Section 14.4 hereof (and the Loan Parties hereby authorize Agent to deduct all such amounts from the aggregate proceeds of the sale of the Securities Notes by the Loan Parties, all such amounts).
