Common use of Other Fees and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Other Fees and Expenses. Payment to the Administrative Agent, in immediately available funds, of all amounts necessary to reimburse the Administrative Agent for the reasonable fees and costs incurred by the Administrative Agent in connection with the preparation and execution of this First Amendment and any other Credit Document, including, without limitation, all fees and costs incurred by the Administrative Agent’s attorneys;

Other Fees and Expenses. Payment to the Administrative Agent, in immediately available funds, of all amounts necessary to reimburse the Administrative Agent for the reasonable fees and costs incurred by the Administrative Agent in connection with the preparation and execution of this First Second Amendment and any other Credit Document, including, without limitation, all fees and costs incurred by the Administrative Agent’s attorneys;

Payment to the Administrative AgentAgent and the Lenders, in immediately available funds, of all amounts necessary to reimburse the Administrative Agent and the Lenders for the reasonable out-of-pocket fees and costs incurred by the Administrative Agent Agent, including, without limitation, all such fees and costs incurred by the Administrative Agent’s attorneys, in connection with the preparation and execution of this First Amendment and any other Credit Document, including, without limitation, all fees and costs incurred by the Administrative Agent’s attorneys;
