Other Federal Requirements. The Borrower shall carry out its responsibilities hereunder in compliance with all federal laws and regulations described in 24 CFR Part 570 including Subpart K as detailed in the attached Exhibits, except for the City’s responsibilities for environmental review in 24 CFR Section 570.604 and the intergovernmental review process in 24 CFR Section 570.612. Borrower further agrees to comply with the Department of Housing and Urban Development regulations as set forth in Exhibit 5 and in 24 CFR 570.611.

The Mortgagor has complied or will comply with the provisions of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and implementing regulations, the National Environmental Policy Act and related laws and implementing regulations, the Lead-Based Paint Poisoning Prevention Act and the Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act of 1992, the Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act and implementing regulations, the "Anti-Lobbying" Restrictions of 31 USC 1352 and implementing regulations, and the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988 (41 U.S.C. 701 et seq.) and implementing regulations. The Mortgagor shall post signage for the Development in a manner consistent with criteria established by HUD. Further, the Mortgagor acknowledges that the regulations set forth in 2 CFR Part 2424 "Non-procurement Debarment and Suspension", are applicable.
Other Federal Requirements. All other Federal laws and regulations concerning the use of Federal funds are hereby made a part of this Agreement and Grantee hereby agrees and covenants that it will comply with all applicable terms, conditions and requirements of such Federal laws and regulations.
