Other Encumbrances. At all times after the date hereof and until such time as there are no Obligations due to the Secured Parties or this Agreement is sooner terminated, the Company shall, subject to the rights of the holders of the Permitted Liens: (i) defend its title to, and each Secured Party’s interest in, the Collateral against all claims, (ii) take any action necessary to remove any encumbrances on the Collateral other than Permitted Liens, and (iii) defend the right, title and interest of each Secured Party in and to any of the Company’s rights in the Collateral.
