Other Employee Obligations. The Employee warrants that at the time of signing this Agreement the Employee does not have any employment obligations or obligations towards any other third persons or entities, and that no such circumstances exist, that could prevent or restrict him/her from performing his/her duties in the Company (including, without limitation, any non-competition obligation enforced by former employer). In case the Employee becomes familiar with or any such circumstances arise after signing this Agreement or at any time during his/her employment with the Company, the Employee undertakes to immediately inform the Company and indemnify the Company against any losses, claims, costs, damages, liabilities or expenses which the Company may incur as a result of the Employee’s breach of any obligations with any former employer or any third party.
Other Employee Obligations. I agree that this Agreement does not purport to set forth all of the terms and conditions of my employment, and that as an employee of the Company I have obligations to the Company which are not set forth in this Agreement.
Other Employee Obligations. (a) Employee is required to well and faithfully serve the Company and any Affiliates and to the best of Employee’s ability use Employee’s best endeavors at all times to promote the development of the Company’s business and reputation. Employee warrants that, during Employee’s employment with the Company, Employee shall use Employee’s best efforts to generate revenues commensurate with Employee’s position and responsibilities on behalf of the Company and any Affiliates and to advance the interests of the Company and Affiliates.
Other Employee Obligations. (a) In order to retain and enhance eSpeed's standing and integrity at the forefront of the business community, the business conduct of Employee must be totally professional and Employee must at all times observe appropriate standards of politeness and courtesy in Employee's behavior both with the public and with colleagues. Employee is required to well and faithfully serve eSpeed and to the best of Employee's ability use Employee's best endeavors at all times to promote the development of eSpeed's business and reputation.
Other Employee Obligations. I agree that this Agreement does not purport to set forth all the terms and conditions of my employment, and that as an employee of MCPP, I have obligations to MCPP, which are not set forth in this Agreement.

Other Employee Obligations. 248. The severance and salary continuance obligations of the Petitioners (including obligations of ACCC resulting from the closure of the Grand Falls newsprint mill which are estimated to be in excess of $28 million) are estimated to be in the amount of about $46.5 million. Given their very tight cash flow projections, the Petitioners propose to suspend all severance payments for the time being but expect to review the issue and seek direction from the Court when adequate DIP financing has become available to all Petitioners.
Other Employee Obligations. The Company and the Sellers are not aware that any employee of the Company is obligated under any contract (including any license, covenant or commitment of any nature), or subject to any judgment, decree or order of any court or administrative agency, that would interfere with the use of such employee's best efforts to promote the interests of the Company.
