Common use of Other Employee Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all compensation, incentive, employee benefit, welfare and other plans, practices, policies and programs and fringe benefits on a basis no less favorable than that provided to any other executive officer of the Company.

Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all compensation, incentive, the employee benefit, welfare and other benefit plans, practices, policies and programs programs, as in effect from time to time, that are generally applicable to other senior executives of the Company (including retirement, deferred compensation and fringe benefits health and welfare benefits) on a basis no less favorable than that provided the same terms as are applicable to any other executive officer senior executives of the Company.

Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, except Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all compensation, incentive, employee benefit, welfare and other plans, practices, policies and programs (including relocation programs and fringe benefits on a basis no less favorable than that provided policies intended to any other reimburse the Executive in respect of state and local income taxes imposed by jurisdictions where the Executive does not reside and attributable to compensation paid by the Company) (collectively, “Employee Benefit Plans”) applicable to senior executive officer officers of the Company.

Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all compensation, incentive, employee benefit, welfare and other plans, practices, policies and programs and fringe of the Company (collectively, "Employee Benefit Plans"), subject only to the generally applicable eligibility provisions of such plans; provided that the Executive shall at all times during the Employment Period, be entitled to receive benefits on a basis no less favorable than that are comparable to those provided to any other executive officer employees in positions of comparable rank with the CompanyAcquiror and its wholly owned subsidiaries.

Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all compensation, incentive, employee benefit, retirement, welfare and other plans, practices, policies and programs and fringe benefits applicable to the other Executive Officers of the Company or its affiliated companies on a basis no less favorable than that provided to any the other executive officer Executive Officers of the Company or its affiliated companies. As used in this Agreement, the terms “affiliated companies” and “affiliates” shall include only the principal banking subsidiaries of the Company.

Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all compensation, incentive, employee benefit, welfare and other plans, practices, policies and programs and fringe benefits (collectively, "Employee Benefit Plans") on a basis no less favorable than that provided to any other executive officer of the Company.

Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all compensation, incentive, employee benefit, welfare and other benefit plans, practices, policies and programs and fringe benefits generally applicable to employees of the Company on a basis no less favorable than that provided the same terms applicable to any other executive officer similarly situated senior executives of the Company.

Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all compensation, incentive, employee benefit, welfare and other plans, practices, policies and programs and fringe benefits applicable to peer executives of the Company on a basis no less favorable than that provided to any other executive officer peer executives of the Company, including, without limitation, change of control severance arrangements which shall be entered into on or prior to the Effective Date.

Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all compensation, incentive, employee benefit, welfare and other plans, practices, policies and programs and fringe benefits (collectively, "Employee Benefit Plan") applicable to peer executives of the Company on a basis no less favorable than that provided to any other executive officer peer executives of the Company.

Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all compensation, incentive, the employee benefit, welfare and other benefit plans, practices, policies and programs and fringe benefits on a basis no less favorable than that provided generally applicable to any other executive officer senior executives of the CompanyCompany (including retirement, health and welfare and vacation benefits).

Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all compensation, incentive, employee benefit, welfare welfare, fringe benefit and other plans, practices, policies and programs and fringe benefits on a basis no less favorable than that provided available to any other executive officer similarly situated executives of the Company.

Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all compensation, incentive, health and welfare employee benefit, welfare and other benefit plans, practices, policies and programs and fringe benefits of the Company (it being understood that such plans do not include any equity incentive plans) on a basis no less favorable than that provided to any other executive officer of the Company.

Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all compensation, incentive, employee benefit, welfare and other plans, practices, policies and programs and fringe benefits applicable to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company on a basis no less favorable than that provided to any other executive officer the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all compensation, incentive, employee benefit, welfare and other plans, practices, policies and programs and fringe benefits of the Company on a basis no less favorable to Executive, in the aggregate, than that the benefits provided generally to any other executive officer of the CompanyPeer Executives.

Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all compensation, incentive, employee benefit, welfare and other plans, practices, policies and programs and fringe benefits applicable to senior officers of the Company or its subsidiaries on a basis no less favorable than that provided to any the two other executive officer Vice Chairmen or other senior officers of the CompanyCompany or its subsidiaries.

Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all compensation, incentive, employee benefit, welfare welfare, bonus and other plans, practices, policies and programs and fringe benefits on a basis no less favorable than that provided applicable to any other executive officer senior executives of the Company.

Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all compensation, incentive, employee benefit, welfare welfare, and other plans, practices, policies and programs and fringe benefits on a basis no less favorable than that provided applicable to any other executive officer senior executives of the Company.

Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all compensation, incentive, employee benefit, pension, retirement, life insurance, major medical, hospital, surgical, dental, disability, other welfare and other plans, practices, policies and programs and fringe benefits not described elsewhere in this Section 3(b) on a basis no less favorable than that provided to any the other executive officer senior executives of the CompanyCompany who do not have written employment agreements.

Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all compensation, incentive, employee benefit, welfare and other plans, practices, policies and programs and fringe benefits applicable to the Chief Executive Officer or other senior officers of the Company or its subsidiaries on a basis no less favorable than that provided to any the Chief Executive Officer or other executive officer senior officers of the CompanyCompany or its subsidiaries.

Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all compensation, incentive, employee benefit, welfare and other plans, practices, policies and programs and fringe benefits applicable to peer executives of the Company (excluding any change of control severance plan, policy or program of the Company or its affiliated companies), on a basis no less favorable than that provided to any other executive officer peer executives of the Company.

Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all compensation, incentive, employee benefit, retirement, welfare and other plans, practices, policies and programs and fringe benefits applicable to senior executives of the Company on a basis no less favorable than that provided to any other executive officer the senior executives of the Company.

Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all compensation, incentive, employee benefit, welfare and other plans, practices, policies and programs and fringe benefits generally applicable to senior executives of the Company, including the Current CEO, on a basis no less favorable than that provided to any other senior executive officer of the Company, provided that the Executive's level of participation need not be equal to that of the Current CEO's level of participation.

Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all compensation, incentive, employee benefit, welfare and other plans, practices, policies and programs and fringe benefits applicable to peer executives of the Company on a basis no less favorable than that provided to any other executive officer peer executives of the Company.. During the Employment Period, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all compensation, incentive, employee benefit, welfare and other plans, practices, policies and programs and fringe benefits on a basis no less favorable than that provided programs, (collectively, "Employee Benefit Plans") applicable to any other senior executive officer officers of the Company.

Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all compensation, incentive, employee benefit, pension, retirement, major medical, hospital, surgical, dental, disability, other welfare and other plans, practices, policies and programs and fringe benefits on a basis no less favorable than that provided to any other executive officer the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all compensation, incentive, health and welfare employee benefit, welfare and other benefit plans, practices, policies and programs and fringe benefits of the Company (including equity incentive plans) on a basis no less favorable than that provided to any other executive officer of the Company.

Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all compensation, incentive, employee benefit, welfare and other plans, practices, policies and programs (other than equity and fringe benefits cash incentive plans and programs) generally applicable to similarly situated executives of the Company as in effect from time to time. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be provided with perquisites (including automobile allowance) on a basis no less favorable than that such benefits are generally provided to any other executive officer similarly situated executives of the CompanyCompany from time to time.

Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all compensation, incentive, employee benefit, welfare welfare, perquisite and other plans, practices, policies and programs and fringe benefits generally applicable to similarly situated senior executives of the Company on a basis no less favorable than that provided to any other executive officer of such senior executives. In addition, during the CompanyEmployment Period, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in the stock incentive plans and programs applicable to similarly situated senior executives on a basis as shall be determined by the Company in its discretion.

Other Employee Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all compensation, incentive, employee benefit, welfare and other plans, practices, policies and programs and fringe benefits generally applicable to senior executives of the Company on a basis no less favorable than that provided to any other executive officer of the Companysuch senior executives.
