OTHER DEVELOPMENT APPROVALS. The development approvals listed above include the approved maps and all conditions of approval. COPIES OF THE EXISTING DEVELOPMENT APPROVALS LISTED ABOVE ARE ON FILE IN THE RIVERSIDE COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT AND ARE INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. OTHER DEVELOPMENT APPROVALS. Pursuant to Government Code Section 65863.9, site plan and architectural review approvals and all other Development Approvals for the Project shall automatically be extended for the longer of (i) the term of the Parcel Map and (ii) the term of any other subdivision or parcel map that is approved for the Property. Pursuant to Section 4.4(a), those terms shall be the same as the Term of this Agreement.
OTHER DEVELOPMENT APPROVALS. Subsequent to BSIP approval, Owner shall seek and obtain the Development Approvals set forth in and pursuant to Section 6.3(b)(iv) above, for development that is consistent with the approved uses and maximum square footage within each Planning Area, and with the applicable Development Regulations, without the need for amendment of the PCI Plan.
OTHER DEVELOPMENT APPROVALS. The expiration of all other Development Approvals shall be governed by applicable state law, including Government Code Section 65863.9, and, where permitted under state and local law, all other Development Approvals shall be extended for a term ending concurrently with the term of the Map.

  • Project Approvals The Borrower will promptly obtain all Project approvals not heretofore obtained by the Borrower (including those listed and described on ­Exhibit “N” hereto and any other Project Approvals which may hereaf­ter become required, necessary or desirable) and will furnish the Lender with evidence that the Borrower has obtained such Project Approvals promptly upon its request. The Borrower will give all such notices to, and take all such other actions with respect to, such Governmental Authority as may be required under applicable Requirements to construct the Improvements and to use, occupy and operate the Project following the completion of the construction of the Improvements. The Borrower will also promptly obtain all utility installations and connections required for the operation and servicing of the Project for its intended purposes, and will furnish the Lender with evidence thereof. The Borrower will duly perform and comply with all of the terms and conditions of all Project Approvals obtained at any time, including all Project Approvals listed and described on Exhibit “Q” hereto.

  • Development Requirements The exterior wall standards set forth in this section shall apply to the structures located on the Property. At least ninety percent (90%) of the combined exterior surface area of all walls, including all stories of buildings / structures, shall consist of stone, brick, painted or tinted stucco, and factory tinted (not painted) split faced concrete masonry unit or similar material approved by the Director of Planning.

  • Regulatory Approvals All Requisite Regulatory Approvals shall have been obtained and shall remain in full force and effect and all statutory waiting periods in respect thereof shall have expired, and no such Requisite Regulatory Approval shall have resulted in the imposition of any Materially Burdensome Regulatory Condition.

Discuss whether the goals and objectives of the Agreement have been met and what improvements are needed, if any.
