Other Days Off. Operators desiring for personal reasons a day off, in addition to their scheduled days off, shall so signify their desire by having their names and the day desired entered in a book which shall be maintained by the Company at each station for such purpose. They shall cause their request to be entered in such book not more than five (5) days before, and not later than 12:30 P.M. of the day preceding the day they desire to be off. Such records shall be made in said book in ink or indelible pencil by the Station Clerk. Such book shall be divided into alternate weekly periods; for one week the book shall be opened at 12:01 P.M., and for the other week at 4:01 A.M. The operator whose name appears first on such list for the day specified shall first be privileged to such day off, and other operators shall be privileged to such day off in sequence according to the list in such book. The Company will allow such days off as so selected provided that there are enough other operators available on such days to conduct its operations without curtailment or inconvenience, and the decision of the Company shall be exercised reasonably and fairly. The operators, recognizing that such additional days off are a privilege, agree not to abuse this privilege.

Other Days Off. 2.10.1 If the average working time per week after deduction of the days off above exceeds 37.5 hours per week, excess time shall be settled as full days off and preferably added to Monday in connection with the Saturday off, as long as this is compatible with a rational working time arrangement.

  • Days Off Days off shall be scheduled so that they are consecutive. All employees shall receive at least two (2) days off in a week.

  • Consecutive Days Off The Employer shall schedule consecutive days off for all full-time employees except where a full-time employee requests otherwise. Where possible, part-time employees shall have consecutive days off every second week. Where it can be demonstrated by the Shop Xxxxxxx, to the Employer’s satisfaction, that scheduling of consecutive days off can be accomplished without an adverse effect on the operation of the department, the Employer shall do so.

  • Scheduled Days Off Except in cases of emergency, no employee will be required to return to his/her place of employment on his/her scheduled day off.

  • Sick Days Employees will be provided with 6 sick days per calendar year. Sick days are paid at 75% of the employee’s step rate.

  • Work Days The work day shall consist of an assigned shift within twenty-four (24) consecutive hours commencing at 12:01 a.m. Whenever practicable and consistent with program needs, employees shall work on five (5) consecutive working days separated by two (2) consecutive days off. Significant or major changes in methods of scheduling shall be first discussed with the Union before changes are made.

  • Lieu Days Where an employee is granted a lieu day pursuant to Clause 17.3 or 17.4 of this Agreement, the time off granted will be seven (7) hours per lieu day for a full-time employee and prorated for a part-time employee.

  • Rostered Days Off 36.1 The ordinary working hours shall be worked in a 10 day/2 week cycle, Monday to Friday inclusive with eight hours worked on each of nine days within the cycle and with 0.8 of an hour on each of those days accruing toward the tenth day, which shall be taken as a paid day off. The tenth day will be known as the Rostered Day Off or (RDO).

  • Bereavement Days In the case of bereavement of immediate family (as defined in article IX.G.1 below), employees will be given three (3) days that do not count against personal or sick leave. Additional bereavement days taken will be deducted from sick leave.

  • Working Days E9.9 Without prejudice to clause 9.1, where the Authority funds the delivery of this Contract using European Social Fund (ESF) funds or in its role as a Co-financing Organisation uses this contract as a match for ESF provision, either at the outset of the contract or at any point during the life of the contract, the Contractor and any Sub-contractors appointed by it shall be bound by the corresponding additional requirements detailed within relevant Contractor Guidance, including the maintaining of records until at least 31 December 2023.
