Other Criteria. (1) A tenured teacher may be dismissed because of elimination of position only if there is no other position for which the tenured teacher is qualified. In order to be qualified to displace another teacher or to be transferred to an open position, a tenured teacher must be certified to hold such a position and be able to show evidence of qualification for such position as determined by the Superintendent.
