Common use of Other Credit Documents Clause in Contracts

Other Credit Documents. (i) Any Credit Party shall default in the due performance or observance of any term, covenant or agreement in any of the other Supplemental Credit Documents and such default shall continue unremedied for a period of at least 30 days after the earlier of an officer of a Credit Party becoming aware of such default or notice thereof given by the Agent, or (ii) any Supplemental Credit Documents shall fail to be in full force and effect or to give the Agent and/or the Supplemental Credit Lenders the security interests, liens, rights, powers and privileges purported to be created thereby.

Other Credit Documents. (i) Any Credit Party shall default in the due performance or observance of any term, covenant or agreement in any of the other Supplemental Credit Documents and such default shall continue unremedied for a period of at least 30 thirty (30) days after the earlier of an officer Executive Officer of a Credit Party becoming aware of such default or notice thereof given by the AgentLender, or (ii) any Supplemental Credit Documents Document shall fail to be in full force and effect or any Credit Party shall so assert or any Credit Document shall fail to give the Agent and/or the Supplemental Credit Lenders Lender the security interests, liens, rights, powers and privileges purported to be created thereby.

Other Credit Documents. (i) Any Credit Party shall default in the due performance or observance of any term, covenant or agreement in any of the other Supplemental Working Capital Credit Documents and such default shall continue unremedied for a period of at least 30 days after the earlier of an officer of a Credit Party becoming aware of such default or notice thereof given by the Agent, or (ii) any Supplemental Working Capital Credit Documents Document shall fail to be in full force and effect or to give the Agent and/or the Supplemental Credit Working Capital Lenders the security interests, liens, rights, powers and privileges purported to be created thereby.

Other Credit Documents. (i) Any Credit Party shall default in the due performance or observance of any term, covenant or agreement in any of the other Supplemental Credit Documents and such default shall continue unremedied for a period of at least 30 days after the earlier of an officer of a Credit Party becoming aware of such default or notice thereof given by the an Administrative Agent, or (ii) any Supplemental Credit Documents Document shall fail to be in full force and effect or any Credit Party shall so assert or any Credit Document shall fail to give the Collateral Agent and/or and the Supplemental Credit Lenders the security interests, liens, rights, powers and privileges purported to be created thereby.
