Other Correspondence. All other correspondence shall be addressed to the DOE Contract Specialist with information copies of the correspondence to the DOE Contracting Officer’s Representative.

Other Correspondence. A. Correspondence regarding patent or rights in data issues should be sent to the DOE Intellectual Property Counsel. A copy of such correspondence shall be provided to the CO and the cognizant DCO of any related task orders.

(1) If no Government Contract Administration Office is designated on the Contract Form of this contract, all correspondence, other than technical correspondence, shall be addressed to the DOE Contracting Officer, with information copies of the correspondence to the DOE COR, and to the DOE Patent Counsel (where patent or technical data issues are involved).
Other Correspondence. (1) Correspondence regarding patent or rights in data issues should be sent to the Intellectual Property Counsel. A copy of such correspondence shall be provided to the CO.
Other Correspondence. Unit members will be required to sign copies of all correspondence and reports provided them regarding counseling and possible disciplinary action. These documents will contain a statement indicating that their signature acknowledges receipt only and does not imply concurrence with its contents.
