Other Conventions. (1) Matters not covered in this contract shall be handled in accordance with relevant national and local policies. During the contract period, if the terms of this contract conflict with the new regulations on labor management in the country or the province, the new regulations shall be implemented.
Other Conventions. Contracting parties shall, within a period of [-] years, adhere to the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property as revised at Stockholm in 1967 and the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works as revised in Paris in 1971. They shall also give careful consideration to adhering to other international conventions on intellectual property with a view to strengthening the international framework for the protection of intellectual property rights and furthering the development of legitimate trade.
Other Conventions a. Party B shall be liable for the confidentiality of all the information obtained from Party A as a result of this contract and shall not be made public to third parties without Party A's written consent. Party B is liable for compensation for the loss caused to Party A as a result of the leakage of information.

This Convention does not modify the rights or duties provided for in the Brussels International Convention for the unification of certain rules relating to the limitation of the liability of owners of sea-going vessels of 25 August 1924; in the Brussels International Convention relating to the limitation of the liability of owners of sea-going ships of 10 October 1957; in the London Convention on limitation of liability for maritime claims of 19 November 1976; and in the Geneva Convention relating to the limitation of the liability of owners of inland navigation vessels (CLN) of 1 March 1973, including amendments to these Conventions, or national law relating to the limitation of liability of owners of sea-going ships and inland navigation vessels.

Other Conventions. 15.1 Appendix to the Agreement is an integral part of this Agreement and has the same legal force and validity as this Agreement.
Other Conventions. 10.1 Effective date of cooperation: from [2021] [09] [[15] to [2024] [09] [15].The Parties may sign a separate written agreement on the renewal or termination of the cooperation within 30 days before the expiration of the contract term.If the completion of the last business transaction between the Parties or the expiration of the Contract within 3 months, the Contract shall be automatically terminated and the cooperation shall terminate.After termination of this Contract, both parties shall continue to perform after-sales and settlement of surplus payment in accordance with the contract.
Other Conventions. The parties agree that, from the date prior to the delivery date, the agreements set forth in Appendix 7.1 and Appendix 8.1 (specifically, the applicable agreements set forth as remarked in the aforementioned Appendixes), which involve payments received in advance by the Transferors, including, but not limited to any proceeds from distribution of the subject animations, any payments received as investment in the subject animations and the like, shall be paid by the Transferors to the Transferees within five days from the time the conditions for the delivery of the assets are satisfied and the Transferors receive the relevant payments. In the event of fees to be paid in advance by the Transferors, the Transferees shall pay the Transferors five working days upon receipt of the notification from the Transferors. If the above arrangements result in tax liability for the Transferors, such tax liability shall be borne by the Transferees.
Other Conventions. 1. Without the written consent of the Lender, the Borrower shall not assign any rights or obligations hereunder to a third party.
Other Conventions. 7.1 During the lease term, the monthly property management fee, cold water and electricity fee and garden maintenance fee of the property shall be 18,749 RMB (the amount is included in the third provisions of this contract).After the signing of this contract, the property management company shall collect the leased property keys from the date they are handed over to Party B according to the contract. The property management fee includes cleaning, greening, garden plants, security, public utilities, maintenance of public equipment and facilities, installation and commissioning fees for the central cooling tower equipment system, fire control system, and electrical equipment system, and maintenance fees. The specific service management service shall be implemented in accordance with the property management contract signed by both parties.
