Other Competitions. I understand and agree that if I win the title of MS. AMERICA® “YEAR” or MAI “YEAR” or MI “YEAR”, I will continue to hold said title granted until my successor is selected or appointed. I agree that, during my Term of Service and for Twelve (12) months after the expiration of that Term, I will not associate in any way, either directly or indirectly, including as a contestant, promoter, recruiter, or otherwise, in any other National or International Pageant or preliminary competition of a similar nature to the Ms. America® National Pageant without the prior written consent of MAP.
Other Competitions. If I am selected as Miss Bluffdale or a runner-up , I will continue to hold the title until my successor is selected or appointed. I agree that, during my Year of Service, I will not associate in any way with, promote, judge or become a contestant or participant in any other pageant competition of a similar nature.
Other Competitions. If the Candidate wins her Local or State Competition(s), she will continue to hold the Title for her Year of Service. During that Year of Service, the Candidate acknowledges and agrees that she will not associate in any way with, promote, perform, Judge, or become a candidate or participant in any other local, state, preliminary, regional, national, or international Competition or preliminary Competition of a similar nature (defined below) to the MAO Program. The Candidate also represents that she is not, at the time of executing this Agreement, a candidate, participant, or Titleholder in any other local, state, regional, national, or international Competition or State or Local preliminary Competition of a similar nature to the MAO Program nor under any contractual obligations to such other competitions.
Other Competitions. The Club must make the Players in its Team available for selection and participation in all Representative Matches. If a player is selected to participate in a Representative Match, the Club must comply with any reasonable direction of the NSWRL to stand down that player from a Competition match or matches.
Other Competitions. The Delegate Applicant represents that she is not, at the time of executing this Application/Agreement, a candidate, contestant, participant, or Titleholder in any other local, state, regional, national, or international Competition or State or Local preliminary Competition of a similar nature to the MAO Program nor under any contractual obligations to such other competitions. Similar nature is defined as programs in which a participant advances to regional, national, or international Competition(s) by winning local and/or state competition(s) and is awarded a title or crown. Delegate Applicants/Titleholders are allowed to perform or emcee at local/state fairs, festivals, or school events that may award titles but do not advance to another level of Competition.
