Other Compensation Adjustments. Compensation adjustments not expressly provided for by this Section but necessitated by authorized personnel movements or situations shall be made by the director of personnel services, or director of civil service, as applicable; provided that consultation shall take place with the Union prior to effecting any adjustment under this section. As a result of discussions between the Union and the Employer concerning the Unit 11 salary schedule with its single rate pay range which is applicable to the entry level for non-regular employees; and concerning compensation adjustments affecting regular employees who are not in Bargaining Unit 11 (BU 11) but are promoted, transferred or demoted to BU 11, the Employer will adhere to the following interpretation: Entry to the Unit 11 salary schedule shall be at the lowest step. All jurisdictions will interpret their personnel rules so that the Unit 11 salary schedule will be considered as a “compressed salary schedule with a single rate pay range.”

  • Compensation Adjustments Any compensation agreed to hereunder may be adjusted from time to time by mutual agreement by attaching revised Schedules A or B to this Agreement.

  • Certain Adjustments The Exercise Price and number of Warrant Shares issuable upon exercise of this Warrant are subject to adjustment from time to time as set forth in this Section 9.

  • Annual Adjustments Base Rent shall be increased on each annual anniversary of the first day of the first full month during the Term of this Lease (each an “Adjustment Date”) by multiplying the Base Rent payable immediately before such Adjustment Date by the Rent Adjustment Percentage and adding the resulting amount to the Base Rent payable immediately before such Adjustment Date. Base Rent, as so adjusted, shall thereafter be due as provided herein. Base Rent adjustments for any fractional calendar month shall be prorated.

  • Salary Adjustments At any time during the term of this Contract, the Board may, in its discretion, review and adjust the salary of the Superintendent, but in no event shall the Superintendent be paid less than the salary set forth in Section 3.1 of this Contract except by mutual agreement of the two parties.   • Other Compensation Unless otherwise stated, this Agreement does not include the Agent’s service of preparing the Property for sale or refinance, modernization, fire or major damage restoration, rehabilitation, financial accounting or legal advice, representation before public agencies, advising on proposed new construction, debt collection, counseling, attending any Association or Condominium meetings, and any other obligation not listed as a Service. If the Owner requests the Agent to perform services not included in this Agreement, a fee shall be agreed upon before such services are performed.

  • Call Back Compensation (a) Call back is an occasion where an employee has been released from duty and is called back to work prior to his/her normal starting time. On such occasions, the employee’s scheduled or recognized shift shall be made available for work, except that the Agency shall not be obligated to work the employee more than twelve (12) consecutive hours and the employee may choose not to work more than twelve (12) consecutive hours, excluding meal periods, of combined call back time and regular shift time.

  • Prorations and Adjustments The following shall be prorated and adjusted between Seller and Buyer as of the Closing Date, except as otherwise specified:
