Other Compensation Adjustments. Compensation adjustments not expressly provided for by this Section but necessitated by authorized personnel movements or situations shall be made by the director of personnel services, or director of civil service, as applicable; provided that consultation shall take place with the Union prior to effecting any adjustment under this section. As a result of discussions between the Union and the Employer concerning the Unit 11 salary schedule with its single rate pay range which is applicable to the entry level for non-regular employees; and concerning compensation adjustments affecting regular employees who are not in Bargaining Unit 11 (BU 11) but are promoted, transferred or demoted to BU 11, the Employer will adhere to the following interpretation: Entry to the Unit 11 salary schedule shall be at the lowest step. All jurisdictions will interpret their personnel rules so that the Unit 11 salary schedule will be considered as a “compressed salary schedule with a single rate pay range.”

Other Compensation Adjustments. 14 Adjustments may be made to an administrator's salary when there is a change in 15 position, which is initiated by the Superintendent of Schools and involves 16 significant change to administrative responsibilities as determined by the 17 Superintendent of Schools, through a formal agreement with the Association 18 President.

  • Compensation Adjustments Any compensation agreed to hereunder may be adjusted from time to time by mutual agreement by attaching revised Schedules A or B to this Agreement.

  • Certain Adjustments The Exercise Price and number of Warrant Shares issuable upon exercise of this Warrant are subject to adjustment from time to time as set forth in this Section 9.

  • Call Back Compensation (a) Call back is an occasion where an employee has been released from duty and is called back to work prior to his/her normal starting time. On such occasions, the employee’s scheduled or recognized shift shall be made available for work, except that the Agency shall not be obligated to work the employee more than twelve (12) consecutive hours and the employee may choose not to work more than twelve (12) consecutive hours, excluding meal periods, of combined call back time and regular shift time.
