Common use of Other Company Benefits Clause in Contracts

Other Company Benefits. Executive and, to the extent applicable, Executive’s spouse, dependents and beneficiaries, shall be allowed to participate in all benefits, plans and programs, including improvements or modifications of the same, which are now, or may hereafter be, available to other executive employees of Company. Such benefits, plans and programs shall include, without limitation, any profit sharing plan, thrift plan, health insurance or health care plan, life insurance, disability insurance, pension plan, supplemental retirement plan, vacation and sick leave plan, and the like which may be maintained by Company. Company shall not, however, by reason of this paragraph be obligated to institute, maintain, or refrain from changing, amending, or discontinuing, any such benefit plan or program, so long as such changes are similarly applicable to executive employees generally.

Other Company Benefits. Executive and, to the extent applicable, Executive’s 's spouse, dependents and beneficiaries, shall be allowed to participate in all benefits, plans and programs, including improvements or modifications of the same, which are now, or may hereafter be, available to other executive employees of Company. Company shall not, however, by reason of this paragraph be obligated to institute, maintain, or refrain from changing, amending, or discontinuing, any such benefit plan or program, so long as such changes are similarly applicable to executive employees generally.

The Company shall not, however, by reason of this paragraph be obligated to institute, maintain, maintain or refrain from changing, amending, amending or discontinuing, discontinuing any such benefit plan or program, so as long as such changes are similarly applicable to executive employees generally.

Executive and, to the extent applicable, Executive’s spouse's family, dependents and beneficiaries, shall be allowed to participate in all benefits, plans and programs, including improvements or modifications of the same, which are now, or may hereafter be, available to other executive employees of Companysimilarly-situated Company employees. Such benefits, plans and programs shall may include, without limitation, any profit sharing plan, thrift plan, annual physical examinations, health insurance or health care plan, life insurance, disability insurance, pension plan, supplemental retirement planpass privileges on Continental Airlines, vacation and sick leave plan, Flight Benefits and the like which may be maintained by Companylike. Company shall not, however, by reason of this paragraph be obligated to institute, maintain, or refrain from changing, amending, amending or discontinuing, any such benefit plan or program, so long as such changes are similarly applicable to executive employees generally; provided, however, that Company shall not change, amend or discontinue Executive's Flight Benefits without his prior written consent.
