Other Charges or Fees. Nothing herein shall be construed as relieving the Owner, its successors and assigns, from payment of any such fees or charges in effect at the time of collection as may be assessed by entities other than the County. Moreover, the Owner, its successors and assigns, shall be subject to the payment of any and all present or future fees enacted by the County that are of County-wide application and that relate to processing applications, development permits, building permits, review of plans, or inspections or other matters, other than Development Impact Fees.

Other Charges or Fees. Additionally, you agree to pay any special charges in effect as announced by the Bank from time to time. These charges are in addition to the fees and service charges specified in your applicable checking, savings, overdraft protection account agreements (for example, uncollected or overdraft charges on your checking account). If the payment account has insufficient funds to cover fees, the Bank will deduct the fee from any other account linked to Xxxx Bank Online/Mobile Banking (in any order we may choose). If the fee cannot be paid, we may cancel your Xxxx Pay service. After cancellation, your Xxxx Pay service may be reinstated by contacting Xxxx Bank Customer Service once sufficient funds are available in your payment account to cover the xxxx payment fees and any other pending transfers or debits.

Other Charges or Fees. The Membership Fee does not include any fees that may be charged in connection with any pro- grams, events, activities, facilities or services that are not included with the Membership, as specifically described under this Agreement. For example, if WCU or any individual that is employed or retained by WCU (i.e. fitness trainer or golf instructor) of- fers any program, event, activity, facility or service that is not specifically included with the Membership, the Member must pay any fees that may be charged in connection with such program, event, activity, facility or service.   • TAXES/FEES Contractor promptly shall pay all applicable taxes on its operations and activities pertaining to this Master Contract.
