Common use of Other Business Ventures Clause in Contracts

Other Business Ventures. A Manager and any of the Members may engage in or possess an interest in other business ventures of every nature and description independently or with others and neither the Company nor any of the Members thereof shall have any rights by virtue of this Agreement in and to such independent ventures or the income or profits derived therefrom.

Other Business Ventures. A Manager and The Members and/or their respective Affiliates (including, without limitation, any of the Members member or manager thereof) may engage in or possess an interest in other business ventures of every nature and description description, independently or with others others, whether such ventures are competitive with the Company or otherwise; and neither the Company nor any of the other Members thereof shall have any rights right by virtue of this Agreement in and or to such independent ventures or to the income or profits derived therefrom.

Other Business Ventures. A Manager and any of The Members (including the Members Managing-Member) may engage in or possess an interest and own interests in other business ventures of every nature and description independently any nature, whether or not competitive with others the Company, and neither the Company nor any of the Members thereof Member shall have any rights by virtue of right under this Agreement in and to any such independent ventures venture or the income or profits derived therefrom.
