Common use of Other Business Opportunities Clause in Contracts

Other Business Opportunities. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, each party hereto shall have the right independently to engage in and receive full benefits from business activities. In case of business activities which would be competitive with the other party, notice shall be given prior to this Agreement or, if such activities are proposed, within ten (10) days prior to engagement therein.
