Other Bonus Plans. The Committee may, in its discretion, grant to Executive a right to participate in any other bonus or retention plan that the Committee may decide to establish for executives, but nothing herein shall require the Committee to do so.

Other Bonus Plans. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any other annual bonus plan maintained by the Employer for its senior executives on such terms and conditions as may be determined from time to time by the Compensation Committee.
Other Bonus Plans. In addition to the Base Salary and the Quarterly Bonus, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in the bonus plan generally made available to other senior salaried corporate employees of the Company, with the calculation to be based on Executive’s Base Salary (excluding the Quarterly Bonus).
