Common use of Other Benefits Clause in Contracts

Other Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to all rights and benefits for which he shall be eligible under any benefit or other plans (including, without limitation, dental, medical, medical reimbursement and hospital plans, pension plans, employee stock purchase plans, profit sharing plans, bonus plans and other so-called “fringe” benefits) as the Company shall make available to its senior executives from time to time.

Other Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to all rights and benefits for which he shall be eligible under any benefit or other plans (including, without limitation, dental, medical, medical reimbursement and hospital plans, pension plans, employee stock purchase plans, profit sharing plans, bonus plans and other so-called “"fringe” " benefits) as the Company shall make available to its senior executives from time to time.

Other Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to all rights benefits specifically established for him and, when and to the extent he is eligible therefor, to participate in all plans and benefits for which he generally accorded to senior executives of the Employer, including, but not limited to, pension, profit-sharing, supplemental retirement, incentive compensation, bonus, disability income, group life medical and hospitalization insurance, and similar or comparable plans, and also to perquisites extended to similarly situated senior executives, provided, however, that such plans, benefits and perquisites shall be eligible under any benefit or other plans (including, without limitation, dental, medical, medical reimbursement and hospital plans, pension plans, employee stock purchase plans, profit sharing plans, bonus plans and other so-called “fringe” benefits) as the Company shall make no less than those made available to its senior executives from time to timeall other employees of the Employer.

Other Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to all rights and benefits for which he shall be eligible under any benefit or other plans (including, without limitation, dental, medical, medical reimbursement and hospital plans, pension plans, employee stock purchase plans, profit sharing plans, bonus plans and other so-called “fringe” benefitsFringe Benefits”) as the Company shall make available to its senior executives from time to time. In addition, if applicable, the Company shall reimburse the Executive for his reasonable licensing fees, continuing professional education, and other professional dues. The Company shall also name the Executive as a covered person under its Directors & Officers insurance policies.

In addition, the Company shall reimburse the Executive for his reasonable licensing fees, continuing professional education, and other professional dues. Company shall also name Executive as a covered person under its Directors & Officers insurance policies.

The Executive shall be entitled to all rights and benefits for which he shall would be eligible under any benefit or other plans plan (including, without limitation, dental, medical, medical reimbursement and hospital plans, pension plans, employee stock purchase plans, profit sharing plans, stock option plans, bonus plans and other so-called “"fringe” " benefits) as the Company shall make available to its senior executives from time to time.

Executive shall be designated as a named insured on directors’ and officers’ liability insurance for Company.

Other Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to all rights and benefits for which he shall be eligible under any benefit or other plans (including, without limitation, dental, medical, medical reimbursement and hospital plans, pension plans, employee stock purchase plans, profit sharing plans, bonus plans plans, prescription drug reimbursement plans, short and long term disability plans, life insurance and other so-called “fringe” benefits) as the Company shall make available to its senior executives from time to time.

Other Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to all rights participate, at Executive's option and benefits as eligible, in any Company plans for which he shall be eligible under any the benefit or other plans (of officers and key employees as from time to time established, including, without limitation, dentalprofit sharing, medicalpension plan, stock option plans, performance bonus plans, disability, medical reimbursement and hospital plans, pension plans, employee stock purchase plans, profit sharing plans, bonus plans and other so-called “fringe” benefits) as group life insurance. If the Company shall make available not provide coverage for comprehensive family major medical, family dental, disability and life insurance to its senior executives from time to timeExecutive, he shall be reimbursed for the cost of such coverage acquired by him elsewhere.

Other Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to all rights and benefits for which he shall be eligible under any benefit or other plans (including, without limitation, dental, medical, vision, medical reimbursement and hospital plans, pension plans, employee stock purchase plans, profit sharing plans, bonus plans and other so-called “fringe” fringe benefits”) as the Company shall make available to its senior executives from time to time.

Other Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to all rights and benefits for which he shall be eligible under any benefit or other plans (including, without limitation, dental, medical, medical reimbursement and hospital plans, disability insurance, pension plans, employee stock purchase plans, profit sharing plans, bonus plans and other so-called “fringe” benefits) as the Company shall make available to its senior executives from time to time. In addition, the Company shall reimburse Executive for the reasonable cost of a dedicated phone line for his home office.

Other Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to all rights and benefits for which he shall be eligible under any benefit or other plans (including, without limitation, dental, medical, medical reimbursement and hospital plans, pension plans, employee stock purchase plans, profit sharing plans, bonus plans and other so-called “fringe” benefits) as the Company shall make available to its senior executives from time to timetime (collectively, the “Fringe Benefits”).

Other Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to all rights and benefits for which he shall be eligible under any benefit or other plans (including, without limitation, dental, medical, medical reimbursement and hospital plans, pension plans, employee stock purchase plans, profit sharing plans, bonus plans plans, prescription drug reimbursement plans, short and long term disability plans, life insurance and other so-called “fringe” benefits) as the Company shall make available to its senior executives from time to time. Subject to approval by the Board of Directors, the Company shall continue to provide at a minimum the benefits currently offered to the Executive.

Other Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to all rights and benefits for which he shall be eligible under any benefit or other plans (including, without limitation, dental, medical, medical reimbursement and hospital plans, pension plans, employee stock purchase plans, profit sharing plans, bonus plans and other so-called “fringe” benefits) as the Company shall make available to its senior executives from time to time. In addition, the Company shall reimburse the Executives for his reasonable medical licensing fees and other professional dues.

Other Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to all rights and benefits for which he shall be eligible under any benefit or other plans (including, without limitation, dental, medical, medical reimbursement and hospital plans, pension plans, employee stock purchase plans, profit sharing plans, bonus plans and other so-called “"fringe” " benefits) as the Company shall make available to its senior executives from time to time. In addition, the Company shall reimburse the Executive for his reasonable professional dues.

Other Benefits. (i) The Executive shall be entitled to all rights and benefits for which he shall be eligible under any benefit or other plans (including, without limitation, dental, medical, medical reimbursement and hospital plans, pension plans, employee stock purchase plans, profit sharing plans, bonus plans and other so-called “"fringe” " benefits) as the Company shall make available to any of its senior executives from time to time.

Other Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to all rights and benefits for which he shall be eligible under any benefit or other plans (including, without limitation, dental, medical, medical reimbursement and hospital plans, pension plans, employee stock purchase plans, profit sharing plans, bonus plans plans, prescription drug reimbursement plans, short and long term disability plans, life insurance, and other so-called “fringe” benefits) as the Company shall make available to its senior executives from time to time.

Other Benefits. The Executive shall also be entitled to all rights and benefits for which he shall Executive may otherwise be eligible under any benefit applicable bonus plan, incentive agreement, stock option or other plans (includingequity incentive plan, without limitationparticipation or extra compensation plan, pension plan, profit-sharing plan, life, medical, dental, medicaldisability, medical reimbursement and hospital plans, pension plans, employee stock purchase plans, profit sharing plans, bonus plans and or insurance plan or policy or other so-called “fringe” benefits) as plan or benefit that the Company shall make available may provide for Executive or (provided Executive is eligible to its senior executives participate therein) for employees of the Company generally, as from time to timetime in effect, during the term of this Agreement.

Other Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to all rights and benefits for which he shall be eligible under any benefit or other plans (including, without limitation, dental, medical, medical reimbursement and hospital plans, pension plans, employee stock purchase plans, profit sharing plans, bonus plans plans, prescription drug reimbursement plans, short and long term disability plans, life insurance and other so-called “"fringe” " benefits) as the Company shall make available to its senior executives from time to time. Executive shall be designated as a named insured on directors’ and officers’ liability insurance of the Company.

The Executive shall be entitled to all rights and benefits for which he shall be eligible under any benefit or other plans (including, without limitation, dental, medical, medical reimbursement and hospital plans, disability insurance, pension plans, employee stock purchase plans, profit sharing plans, bonus plans and other so-called “"fringe” " benefits) as the Company shall make available to its senior executives from time to time. In addition, the Company shall reimburse Executive for the reasonable cost of a computer upgrade (with related supplies) and a dedicated phone line for his home office.

Other Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to all rights and benefits for which he she shall be eligible under any benefit or other plans (including, without limitation, dental, medical, medical reimbursement and hospital plans, pension plans, employee stock purchase plans, profit sharing plans, bonus plans and other so-called “fringe” benefits) as the Company shall make available to its senior executives from time to time.

Until such time as the Company provides medical and dental benefits, the Company shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable costs of such benefits purchased privately by Executive.

The Executive shall be entitled to all rights and benefits for which he shall would be eligible under any benefit or other plans plan (including, without limitation, dental, medical, medical reimbursement and hospital plans, pension plans, employee stock purchase plans, profit sharing plans, bonus plans and other so-called “"fringe” " benefits) as if and when the Company shall should make such benefit or other plan available to its senior executives from time to time.

The Executive shall be entitled to all rights and benefits for which he shall be eligible under participate in any corporate benefit or other plans plan (including, without limitation, dental, medicalmedical and dental insurance, medical reimbursement and hospital plans, pension plans, employee stock purchase plans, profit sharing plans, bonus plans plans, long term disability plans, life insurance and other so-called “fringe” benefits) as the Company shall may make available to its senior executives from time to time.

Other Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to all rights and benefits for which he shall be eligible under any benefit or other plans plan (including, without limitation, auto-allowance, dental, medical, medical reimbursement and hospital plans, pension plans, employee stock purchase plans, profit sharing plans, bonus plans and other so-called “fringe” benefits) as the Company shall make available to its senior executives from time to time.

Other Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to all rights and benefits for which he shall be eligible under any benefit or other plans (including, without limitation, dental, medical, medical reimbursement and hospital plans, pension plans, employee stock purchase plans, profit sharing plans, bonus plans and other so-called “fringe” benefits"Fringe Benefits”) as the Company shall make available to its senior executives from time to time. In addition, the Company shall reimburse the Executives for his reasonable licensing fees, continuing professional education, and other professional dues. The Executive shall be entitled to all rights and benefits for which he shall be eligible under any benefit or other plans (including, without limitation, dental, medical, medical reimbursement and hospital plans, pension plans, employee stock purchase plans, profit sharing plans, bonus plans and other so-called “fringe” benefits) as the Company shall make available to its senior executives from time to time. During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to undergo, at the Company’s expense (if not covered under such aforementioned plans), an annual physical examination by his family physician.

Other Benefits. The Executive shall also be entitled to all rights and benefits for which he shall Executive may otherwise be eligible under any benefit applicable bonus plan, incentive agreement, stock option or equity incentive plan, participation or extra compensation plan, pension plan, profit-sharing plan, life, disability, or insurance plan or policy or other plans (including, without limitation, dental, medical, medical reimbursement and hospital plans, pension plans, employee stock purchase plans, profit sharing plans, bonus plans and other so-called “fringe” benefits) as plan or benefit that the Company shall make available may provide for Executive or (provided Executive is eligible to its senior executives participate therein) for employees of the Company generally, as from time to timetime in effect, during the term of this Agreement.

Other Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to all rights and benefits for which he shall be eligible under any benefit or other plans (including, without limitation, dental, medical, medical reimbursement and hospital plans, pension plans, employee stock purchase plans, profit sharing plans, bonus plans and other so-called “"fringe” " benefits) as the Company shall make available to its senior executives from time to time.
