Common use of Other Benefits Clause in Contracts

Other Benefits. (a) During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in incentive, savings, retirement (401(k)), and welfare benefit plans, including, without limitation, health, medical, dental, vision, life (including accidental death and dismemberment) and disability insurance plans (collectively, “Benefit Plans”), in substantially the same manner, including but not limited to responsibility for the cost thereof, and at substantially the same levels, as the Company makes such opportunities available to all of the Company’s managerial or salaried executive employees.

Other Benefits. (a) During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in incentive, savings, retirement (401(k)), and welfare benefit plans, including, without limitation, health, medical, dental, vision, life (including accidental death and dismemberment) and disability insurance plans (collectively, “"Benefit Plans”"), in substantially the same manner, including but not limited to responsibility for the cost thereof, manner and at substantially the same levels, levels as the Company makes such opportunities available to all of the Company’s 's managerial or salaried executive employees.

Other Benefits. (a) During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in incentive, savings, retirement (401(k)), and welfare benefit plans, including, without limitation, health, medical, dental, vision, life (including accidental death and dismemberment) and disability insurance plans (collectively, “"Benefit Plans”"), in substantially the same manner, including but not limited to responsibility for the cost thereof, manner and at substantially the same levels, levels as the Company makes such opportunities available to all of the Company’s 's managerial or salaried executive employees. The Company shall pay one hundred (100%) percent of the cost of individual and dependent coverage for Executive and his dependents.

Other Benefits. (a) During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in incentive, savings, retirement (401(k)), and welfare benefit plans, including, without limitation, health, medical, dental, vision, life (including accidental death and dismemberment) and disability insurance plans (collectively, “"Benefit Plans”"), in substantially the same manner, including but not limited to responsibility for the cost thereof, manner and at substantially the same levels, levels as the Company makes such opportunities available to all of the Company’s 's managerial or salaried executive employees.

(a) During the term of this Agreement, the Executive and Executive’s dependents shall be eligible to participate in incentive, savings, retirement (401(k)), ) and welfare benefit plans, including, without limitation, health, medical, dental, vision, life (including accidental death and dismemberment) and disability insurance plans (collectively, the “Benefit Plans”), in substantially the same manner, including but not limited to responsibility for the cost thereof, manner and at substantially the same levels, levels as the Company makes such opportunities available to all of the Company’s other managerial or salaried executive employeesemployees and their dependents.

(a) During the term Term of this Agreement, subject to the terms and conditions of such plans and programs as they exist from time to time, Executive shall be eligible entitled to participate in the various employee benefit plans and programs applicable to executive employees of the Company including, but not limited to, incentive, savings, retirement (401(k)), and welfare benefit plans, including, without limitation, health, medical, dental, vision, life (including accidental death and dismemberment) and disability insurance plans (collectively, “Benefit Plans”), in substantially the same manner, including but not limited to responsibility for the cost thereof, manner and at substantially the same levels, levels as the Company makes such opportunities available to all of the Company’s managerial or salaried executive employees. Executive shall also participate in the Company’s performance share award plan.

Other Benefits. (a) During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in incentive, savings, retirement (401(k)), and welfare benefit plans, including, without limitation, health, medical, dental, vision, life (including accidental death and dismemberment) and disability insurance plans (collectively, “"Benefit Plans”"), in substantially the same manner, including but not limited to responsibility for the cost thereof, and at substantially the same levels, as the Company makes such opportunities available to all of the Company’s 's managerial or salaried executive employees.

(a) During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall also be eligible entitled to participate in incentive, savings, retirement (401(k))receive all other Company benefits and perquisites that are, and welfare benefit plansthat may be in the future, generally available to members of the Company's management including, without limitation, (i) group health, medical, dental, vision, life (including accidental death and dismemberment) and disability insurance plans (collectively, “Benefit Plans”), in substantially the same manner, including but not limited to responsibility for the cost thereofdisability, and at substantially life insurance benefits and participation in any Company profit-sharing, retirement or pension plan, all in accordance with the same levelsterms of such benefit plans, as and (ii) vacation and sabbatical consistent with the Company makes such opportunities available to all vacation and sabbatical policies of the Company’s managerial or salaried executive employees.

Other Benefits. (a) During the term Term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in incentive, savings, retirement (401(k)), and welfare benefit plans, including, without limitation, health, medical, dental, vision, life (including accidental death and dismemberment) and disability insurance plans (collectively, “Benefit Plans”), in substantially the same manner, including but not limited to responsibility for the cost thereof, manner and at substantially the same levels, levels as the Company makes such opportunities available to all of the Company’s managerial or salaried executive employees.

(a) During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in incentive, savings, retirement (401(k)), and welfare benefit plans, including, without limitation, health, medical, dental, vision, life (including accidental death and dismemberment) and disability insurance plans (collectively, “"Benefit Plans”plans"), in substantially the same manner, including but not limited to responsibility for the cost thereof, manner and at substantially the same levels, levels as the Company makes such opportunities available to all of the Company’s 's managerial or salaried executive employees. The Company shall bear the sole cost of insuring Executive and his family under the health, medical, dental and vision insurance plans.

Other Benefits. (a) During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in incentive, savings, retirement (401(k))retirement, and welfare benefit plans, including, without limitation, health, medical, dental, vision, life (including accidental death and dismemberment) and disability insurance plans (collectively, “Benefit Plans”), in substantially the same manner, including but not limited to responsibility for the cost thereof, manner and at substantially the same levels, levels as the Company makes such opportunities available to all of the Company’s managerial or salaried employees executive employees.

Other Benefits. (a) During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in incentive, stock purchase, savings, retirement (401(k)), and welfare benefit plans, including, without limitation, health, medical, dental, vision, life (including accidental death and dismemberment) and disability insurance plans (collectively, “Benefit Plans”), in substantially the same manner, including but not limited to responsibility for the cost thereof, manner and at substantially the same levels, levels as the Company Parent makes such opportunities available to all of the CompanyParent’s managerial or salaried executive employeesemployees and/or its senior executive officers.

Other Benefits. (a) During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in incentive, savings, retirement (401(k)), and welfare benefit plans, including, without limitation, health, medical, dental, vision, life (including accidental death and dismemberment) and disability insurance plans (collectively, “"Benefit Plans”"), in substantially the same manner, including but not limited to responsibility for the cost thereof, manner and at substantially the same levels, levels as the Company makes such opportunities available to all of the Company’s 's managerial or salaried executive employees. The Company shall bear the sole cost of insuring Executive and his wife under the health, medical, dental and vision insurance plans.

Other Benefits. (a) During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in incentive, savings, retirement (401(k)), and welfare benefit plans, including, without limitation, health, medical, dental, vision, life (including accidental death and dismemberment) and disability insurance plans (collectively, “"Benefit Plans”"), in substantially the same manner, including but not limited to responsibility for the cost thereof, manner and at substantially the same levels, levels as the Company makes such opportunities available to all of the Company’s 's managerial or full-time salaried executive employees.

Other Benefits. (a) During the term of this AgreementTerm, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in incentive, stock purchase, savings, retirement (401(k)), and welfare benefit plans, including, without limitation, health, medical, dental, vision, life (including accidental death and dismemberment) and disability insurance plans (collectively, “Benefit Plans”), in substantially the same manner, including but not limited to responsibility for the cost thereof, manner and at substantially the same levels, levels as the Company makes such opportunities available to all of the Company’s managerial or salaried executive employeesemployees and/or its senior executives.

Other Benefits. (a) During Throughout the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in all incentive, savings, retirement (401(k)), and welfare benefit plans, including, without limitation, health, medical, dental, vision, life (including accidental death and dismemberment) and disability insurance plans (collectively, “Benefit Plans”), in substantially the same manner, including but not limited to responsibility for the cost thereof, and at substantially the same levels, as the Company makes such opportunities available to all of the Company’s managerial or salaried any other executive employees. In addition, the Executive shall be entitled to any perquisites to which the Company and the Executive agree as.
