OTHER BASIC AGREEMENTS. All conditions to Buyer's obligations under the Other Basic Agreements shall have been satisfied or fulfilled unless waived in writing by the Buyer hereunder.

With respect only to the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby in respect of the acquisition of the Assets and Liabilities relating to the Nissan and Jeep dealership franchise, (a) all conditions to the obligations of Buyer or its affiliates under the Real Property Purchase Agreement shall have been satisfied or fulfilled unless waived in writing by such party and (b) the closing under the Real Property Purchase Agreement shall have occurred or shall be occurring contemporaneously with the Closing of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

All conditions to the obligations of the Seller (as defined in the Jim Glover Purchase Agreement) under the Jim Glover Purchase Agreemxxx xxx xxl the conditions to the obligatxxxx xx xxe Sellers (as defined in the Riverside Nissan Purchase Agreement) under the Riverside Nissan Purchase Agreement shall have been satisfied or fulfilled unless waived in writing by such party, and the closings under the Jim Glover Purchase Agreement and the Riverside Nissan Purchase Agrxxxxxx xxxll have occurred or shall be occurring contemporaneously with the Closing of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
OTHER BASIC AGREEMENTS. All conditions to the obligations of the parties other than the Buyer or its assignee under the Other Basic Agreements shall have been satisfied or fulfilled, unless waived in writing by the Sellers' Agent.
OTHER BASIC AGREEMENTS. All conditions to the Buyer's obligations to close under the OGTR Real Property Purchase Agreement shall have been satisfied or waived by the Buyer and the closing under the OGTR Real Property Purchase Agreement shall have occurred or shall be occurring contemporaneously with the Closing.
OTHER BASIC AGREEMENTS. All conditions to the Buyer's obligations to close under the Other Basic Agreements shall have been satisfied or waived by the Buyer, and the closings under the Other Basic Agreements shall have occurred or shall be occurring contemporaneously.
