Common use of Other Assistance Clause in Contracts

Other Assistance. This Treaty shall not affect any existing obligations between the Parties, whether pursuant to other treaties, arrangements, or otherwise, nor prevent the Parties from providing assistance to each other pursuant to other treaties, arrangements, or otherwise.
