Award recipients must read, understand, and implement these federal regulations. The recipient must comply with all other applicable statutes, executive orders, regulations, and policies governing the award, including, but not limited to, those included in 2 CFR Chapter I, as well as those cited in these General Terms and Conditions and Program Specific Terms and Conditions, and the Assurances and Certifications. Some of these requirements are discussed in these General Terms and Conditions to provide emphasis or additional explanations to recipients.
