Other Applicable Laws, Regulations, Policies and Procedures. SMH Members shall be familiar with, and abide by, other laws, regulations, policies and procedures governing their conduct at SMH. REPORTING VIOLATIONS SMH Members should feel confident in reporting any transaction or conduct which is, or may be a violation of any SMH policies and procedures, this Code of Conduct, or any federal, state or local law.   • COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, STATUTES, REGULATIONS During the term of this Master Contract, unless otherwise agreed, CONTRACTOR shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local statutes, laws, ordinances, rules, policies, executive orders and regulations. CONTRACTOR shall also comply with all applicable LEA policies and procedures unless, taking into consideration all of the surrounding facts and circumstances, a policy or policies or a portion of a policy does not reasonably apply to CONTRACTOR.   • Governing Laws and Regulations a. That this Agreements shall be governed by the provisions of the India Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Consumer Protection (Direct Selling} Rules, 2021 or other laws of the land.

Prior to implementing any changes to these policies, the employer agrees to consult with the Association.
