Other Amounts. any other Charges due and payable by the Customer under this Agreement (including any adjustments of prior invoices). If it is not reasonably practicable for Transpower to invoice the Customer for all Charges for the previous month, Transpower may defer invoicing part or all of such Charges. Transpower will use reasonable endeavours to deliver an invoice to the Customer not less than five Business Days prior to the 20th day of the month.
