Other Amounts. Any other amounts payable hereunder that are not paid when due shall (to the fullest extent permitted by law) bear interest, from the date when due until paid in full, at a rate per annum equal at all times to 2.0% per annum above the Applicable Rate in effect from time to time for Base Rate Advances, payable on demand.
Other Amounts. The Borrower shall fail to pay when due any fee or other amount payable under this Agreement and such failure remains uncured for five (5) days after the due date thereof;
Other Amounts. The Terms Document for any Tranche may include additional amounts which are to be deposited into the applicable Interest Funding Sub-Account on each applicable Note Transfer Date.
Other Amounts. Concurrently with any prepayment of Advances under this Section 2.06, the Borrower shall pay to the applicable Lender or Issuing Bank all accrued fees, costs and expenses, accrued interest thereon, if any, and any other amounts due under the Financing Documents in respect of the principal amount of the Advances or L/C Borrowings so prepaid, including pursuant to Section 8.04(e).
Other Amounts. Annual additions for purposes of Code §415 shall not include: (1) The direct transfer of a benefit or employee contributions from a qualified plan to this Plan; (2) Rollover contributions (as described in Code §§401(a)(31), 402(c)(1), 403(a)(4), 403(b)(8), 408(d)(3), and 457(e)(16)); (3) Repayments of loans made to a participant from the Plan; and (4) Repayments of amounts described in Code §411(a)(7)(B) (in accordance with Code §411(a)(7)(C)) and Code §411(a)(3)(D) or repayment of contributions to a governmental plan (as defined in Code §414(d)) as described in Code §415(k)(3), as well as Employer restorations of benefits that are required pursuant to such repayments.
Other Amounts. As a further condition of this Lease, Resident agrees to pay all other amounts owed to Landlord such as back rent, back charges, or administrative fines pursuant to a repayment agreement or Court order, and all other amounts owed to Miami-Dade County or its agencies and departments. Failure to pay these and other charges timely after two weeks of notice by Landlord is grounds for eviction.
Other Amounts. The Borrower shall fail to pay when due any fee or other amount payable under this Agreement (including pursuant to Section 2.09(b)) and such failure remains uncured for ten (10) or more Domestic Business Days after the due date thereof;
Other Amounts. All prepayments under this Section 3.3 shall be accompanied by interest accrued on the principal amount prepaid.
Other Amounts any other Charges due and payable by the Customer under this Agreement (including any adjustments of prior invoices). If it is not reasonably practicable for Transpower to invoice the Customer for all Charges for the previous month, Transpower may defer invoicing part or all of such Charges. Transpower will use reasonable endeavours to deliver an invoice to the Customer not less than five Business Days prior to the 20th day of the month.
