Other Allowances. 41.1 The Commissioner may initiate payment of allowances for groups of employees which recognise the special skill or role that those employees provide or carry out in the ATO, where that role is additional to the normal duties of the employee, and they have successfully completed a recognised training program designed to provide the knowledge and skills required in the role.
