Other Agreements or Conditions More Favorable. Effective July 1, 2010, in the event that the Union, which is signatory hereto, enters into any other Master Construction Labor Agreement covering the forty-six (46) Northern California counties for on-site work covered by this Agreement with other Individual Employers or Employer Associations, which shall have terms or conditions more favorable to such Individual Employers or Employer Associations and the Members thereof than this Agreement, then such more favorable provision(s) shall immediately become part of and apply to this Agreement while the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Other Agreements or Conditions More Favorable. In the event that the District Council of Operative Plasterers and Cement Masons’ of Northern California which is signatory hereto, or any Local Union, enters into any other agreement with other Individual Employers or employer associations which shall have terms more favorable to such Individual Employers or employer associations and the members thereof than this Agreement, then such more favorable provisions shall immediately become a part of and apply to this Agreement. The Union will promptly notify the Employer in writing of any amendment, modification, exception or addendum to this Agreement. This section shall not be applicable to agreements between the Union and Individual Employers covering work in bona fide permanent yards or shops.
