Other Agreements and Obligations. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between me and the Company regarding the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any previous agreements or understandings that I had or may have had between me and the Company regarding the subject matter, except any confidentiality and/or assignment of inventions agreement (including the Employee Proprietary Information and Non-Disclosure and Assignment of Intellectual Property Rights Agreement) that I entered into with the Company shall continue to be in full force and effect and shall be supplemental to this Agreement. I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS AGREEMENT AFFECTS IMPORTANT RIGHTS. BY SIGNING BELOW, I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ IT CAREFULLY AND AM SATISFIED THAT I UNDERSTAND IT COMPLETELY.
