Common use of Other Acts Clause in Contracts

Other Acts. to do all such other acts and things (including but not limited to the signing of any document or the execution of any deeds and documents) incidental to the exercise of any of the rights conferred on the Receiver under applicable statutory provisions and common law or as may be considered by such Receiver to be incidental or conducive to any of the matters or powers aforesaid and which he lawfully may or can do and he may act in his own name or in the name of the Chargor for all the purposes aforesaid.
