Original Issue of Stock Certificates. On the Date of Original Issue for any share of AMPS, one certificate for each series of AMPS shall be issued by the Company and registered in the name of Cede & Co., as nominee of the Securities Depository, and countersigned by the Paying Agent. The Company will give the Auction Agent prior written notice and instruction as to the issuance and redemption of AMPS.
Original Issue of Stock Certificates. On the Date of Original Issue for any share of APS, one certificate for each series, if any, of APS shall be issued by the Trust and registered in the name of Cede & Co., as nominee of the Securities Depository, and countersigned by the Paying Agent. The Trust will give the Auction Agent prior written notice and instruction as to the issuance and redemption of APS.

Original Issue of Stock Certificates. On the Date of Original Issue for any share of Preferred Shares, one certificate for the Preferred Shares shall be issued by the Fund and registered in the name of Cede & Co., as nominee of the Securities Depository, and countersigned by the Paying Agent.
Original Issue of Stock Certificates. On the Date of Original Issue, one certificate for all shares of Series D AMPS was issued by the Company and registered in the name of Cede & Co., as nominee of the Securities Depository, and countersigned by the Paying Agent.
Original Issue of Stock Certificates. On the Date of Original Issue, one certificate for all Series M28 Preferred Shares and one certificate for all shares of Series M7 Preferred Shares shall be issued by the Company and registered in the name of Cede & Co., as nominee of the Securities Depository, and countersigned by the Paying Agent.
Original Issue of Stock Certificates. The Bank as Transfer Agent will make original issues of certificates of securities upon the written requisition of any officer of the Company having authority to make such request.
Original Issue of Stock Certificates. On the Date of Original Issue for each series of Shares, definitive certificates which together represent 53,000 Shares, were issued, for Series A-D, and will be issued, for Series E, issued by the Company. All Shares, at the request of the Company, have been or shall be registered in the name of Cede & Co. and countersigned by the Agent.
Original Issue of Stock Certificates. With respect to each series of the DARTS, on the Date of Original Issue, one certificate representing all of the shares of the Series A DARTS and one certificate representing all of the shares of the Series B DARTS shall be issued by the Company and, at the request of the Company, registered in the name of Cede & Co. and countersigned by the Trust Company.
Original Issue of Stock Certificates. The Trust Company as Transfer Agent will make original issues of stock certificates upon the written instructions of any officer of the Corporation.
