Common use of Orientation Clause in Contracts

Orientation. The objective of orientation shall be to familiarize newly hired nurses with the objectives and philosophy of the Medical Center and nursing services, to orient nurses to Medical Center policies and procedures and to instruct nurses as to their functions and responsibilities as defined in job descriptions and competencies.
