ORIENTATION, TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE. 9.1. COUNTY will endeavor to provide CONTRACTOR with training and support in the skills and competencies to (a) conduct, participate in, and sustain the performance levels called for in the Agreement and (b) conduct the quality management activities called for by the Agreement.

COUNTY will endeavor to provide CONTRACTOR with training and support in the skills and competencies to (a) conduct, participate in, and sustain the performance levels called for in the Agreement and (b) conduct the quality management activities called for by the Agreement. As COUNTY provides this training and assistance, it is expected that CONTRACTOR will ensure County contractor packets for each staff (eligibility to be on the premises, obtain secure badge for the building, login information for computer/EHR) be completed and submitted prior to working at Lotus. In addition, credentialing packets for staff will be completed within a week of beginning at Lotus All Documentation and billing training modules (CalMHSA, Smart Care, etc) are to be completed within 2 weeks of start date.

Related to ORIENTATION, TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

  • Training and Technical Assistance COALITION will notify PROVIDER of the availability of training, technical assistance, and other targeted assistance in support of the provision of quality VPK services. COALITION will offer technical assistance for providers on probation. The technical assistance will be designed to facilitate the development and implementation of an improvement plan. The technical assistance will be offered in a manner and schedule prescribed by the COALITION or school district.

  • Technical Assistance The State agrees to provide technical assistance regarding the State’s rules, regulations and policies to the Sub- Recipient and to assist in the correction of problem areas identified by the State’s monitoring activities.

  • Training Assistance (a) Employees shall be reimbursed for one hundred percent (100%) of the tuition for job-related courses approved by the Employer.

  • Training and Orientation (a) No employee shall be required to work on any job or operate any piece of equipment until he/she has received proper training and instruction.

  • Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Consulting Teachers (CT) will be assigned to all new teachers with no prior teaching experience and tenured teachers rated ineffective on the qualitative measures at the end of the previous school year and recommended by the PAR Panel. Evaluations for Probationary and Ineffective Teachers:

  • Training and Support Through the Solution, the Contractor shall provide all consulting, training, and support to the Customer and FL[DS] to ensure successful implementation of the Solution and ongoing support as necessary and as defined by FL[DS] to include, but not be limited to:

  • Study Assistance An employee who is approved by Australia Post as a student to undertake a course of study or a short course of instruction may be granted reimbursement in full or in part of fees incurred for the course.

  • Peer Assistance and Review Program 1. MCEA and MCPS agree to jointly operate a Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Program. The PAR Program is a mechanism for maintaining systemwide quality control and ensuring that all MCPS teachers responsible for teaching students are functioning at or above the high MCPS standards of performance. It provides intensive assistance for any teacher who has not yet achieved that standard or who falls below acceptable standards. Assistance and review are provided to both experienced MCPS teachers in need of significant improvement and teachers in their first year of teaching.

  • EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM The District’s Educational Assistance Program will be continued during the life of this Agreement. Employees who wish to enroll in job-related and promotion oriented courses, which will improve their job knowledge, and performance will be compensated by the District for expenses as follows:

  • Directory Assistance Service shall provide up to two listing requests per call, if available and if requested by Freedom's End User. BellSouth shall provide caller- optional directory assistance call completion service at rates set forth in BellSouth's General Subscriber Services Tariff to one of the provided listings.
